It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert G. Cobane of Lansing, New York, who passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Glenn A. Cobane; and his stepfather Howard Walrad. He is survived by: his mother Eloise C. Walrad of Lansing; his companion Jessica Meade; his sons, Dakota Cobane (Rachelle) of Candor, Zachary Cobane (Samantha King) of Dryden, NY and Brandon Cobane of Candor; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Decklan Cobane and Greyson Cobane; his sister Donna Gilbert (Mason) of Brooktondale; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole, David Gilbert, Megan Truesdail (Matthew), Leola and Lawrence.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lansing United Methodist Church (32 Brickyard Rd, Lansing, NY 14882). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lansing Fire Dept., 80 Ridge Rd., Lansing, NY 14882.
