He was predeceased by : his parents, Ivan Bower of Lansing and Harriet Bower (Miller) of Spencer; and his sister Jean Woodward (Owens) of Canton, PA.. He is survived by : his siblings, James Robert Bower Sr., Linda of Marc, Peggy Bennett, Jenny Boyer, Blanche McCheyne, Nashville and Diana Bower of Towanda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
