It is with sadness that the passing of Sarah L. Reid of Lansing, New York is shared. Sarah, born on February 27, 1971, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald Hicks; and her grandparents, Louise Buckland, Earl Eaton, Donald and Pearl Hicks.
She is survived by: her mother Florence Eaton; her significant other John Barra; her siblings, Sheri Minarski (Jon), Scott Nadge, Eric Eaton, Shelley Eaton (Tristan Green) and Joey Hicks (Valerie); and her close friend Heather. She is also survived by loving extended family, including many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the Virgil Rural Cemetery (NY-392, New York).
