She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Niemi and Patricia Niemi. She is survived by : her siblings, Jim Niemi (Debi) and Susie Tefft (Terry); her children, Debra Charris (Luis) and Michael Howell (Cyndi); her grandchildren, Kevin, Cody and Marisa; and her great grandchildren, Ben and Eric. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
