It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter J. Zambito of Larchmont, New York, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zambito and Lucy Zambito; his wife Marguerite; and his siblings, Raymond Zambito and Susan Engel.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Peter Emilio Zambito (Kimmoi Zambito) and Catherine L. Prata (Michael T. Prata); and his grandchildren, Luca Thomas Prata, Alexander Michael Prata, Jonathan Peter Prata, Gabriel Emilio Zambito and Xavier Peter Zambito.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home (767 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sts. John and Paul R. C. Church (280 Weaver St, Larchmont, NY 10538). An entombment will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
