She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Meehan; her parents, John Sheehy and Beatrice Sheehy (Hewitt); her son Christopher J. Meehan; her grandson Jacob Meehan; her siblings, Anne Marie Sheehy and John Sheehy (late Joan); and her in-laws, Arne, Marilyn Heggen, James, Betty Murphy and Frances Casserly.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha M. Tierney (Michael), Patrick C. Meehan (Patricia), Michael J. Meehan (Loren), Charles J. Meehan (Christine) and Jane P. Meehan. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Main Church (498 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
