He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perry and Clara Perry (Thomas); his wife Ruth Perry (Barner); his godfather Salvatore Prezio; and his siblings, Dottie, Pauline, Richard and George Perry, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, John Perry, Jr. (Maureen) and Jacqueline Russell (Ken); his grandsons, Bryan Russell and Cory Russell; his brothers, David (Kathie) and Joseph Perry; and his cousins, Jill, George and Dave. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Jack may send a contribution to the Alzheimers Association or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Association.
