With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Tervay of Latham, New York, who passed away on April 9, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. and Mary B. Tervay; his niece Haley Biederman; and his friend Robert McNamara. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Tervay and Jack Tervay; his girlfriend Barbara Langston; his siblings, Colleen Sheedy, Maureen Baxter (Wayne), Eileen Denette (Doug), Kathleen Biederman (Joel) and James Tervay; his siblings' children, Tara, Erin, Kerry, Brendan, Courtney, Kelsey, Daniel, James Jr., Blaine, Casey and John; and his close friends, Bill Dolan, Bob Miner, Bob Stiffen, Jeff Staats and Chip Heinbach.
