She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph C. Bain; her son Joseph C. Bain, Jr.; and her siblings, Marion Farley (late George), William Eaton (Mary "Jane"), Stewart Eaton (late Helen), Christine Molinari (late Peter), Eugene Eaton (Kathleen), Marilyn McGlynn (late James), John Sherman Eaton, Gail Teta (late Paul), Joyce Eaton, Diane Trembly and Donald Eaton.

She is survived by : her children, Robert J. Bain (Deborah), William M. Bain (Carmen), Kathleen Busch (Robert) and Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh (James); her grandchildren, Robert J. Bain, Jr. (Elyse), Christopher E. Bain (Jenna), Natalie M. Hooper (Ryan), Lindsey L. Bain, Allison S. Andreano (Thomas), Heather Toffolo (Lee), Kayleigh Brennan, Terry Hynes, Riley Hynes, Michael Walsh, Quinton Walsh, Samuel Walsh and Madeline Walsh; and her great grandchildren, Everett, Adelaide, Taylor, Peyton, Benson, Charlotte, Elliot, Nora, Evelyn and Gianna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:55 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Church (498 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (150 Troy Rd, Rensselaer, NY 12144).
