It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Francis Kelly of Latham, New York, who passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kelly and Theresa Kelly; and his grandson Anders. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyne Kelly; his children, Ryan Kelly (Anj), Joe Rascoe (Christy), Kevin Sunkes and Billie-Jean Wroblewski (Matt); his siblings, Colleen Gamache (Roger) and Frank Kelly; his grandchildren, Reid, Madison, Caitlynn, Rylynn, Collin, Jack and Sophie; his great grandchild Joey; and his close friend Dan Brown. He is also survived by Two Aunts, several cousins, several beloved nieces and nephews.
