He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Long and Margaret Long (Decker). He is survived by: his wife Laurie Long; his children, Darryl Long, Michael Long (Jenn Maine) and Deana Timmerman (Kevin); his grandchildren, Myishia (Reggie), DJ (Brielle), Tahj, Michael Jay, Aleeya, Aniya, Kendall and Nolan; his great grandchildren, Asher, Kyia and Hudson; his siblings, Teddy Long (Cherie Mignone), Dianna Long, Glenn Long and Deborah Hansen (Brian Thorne); and his half-sister Constance MacLennon (Colin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Norman L Waterman Funeral Home, Inc. (124 W Miller St, Newark, NY 14513).
