He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fagan and Isabelle Rosborough Fagan; his wife Virginia "Ginny" Edwards Fagan; his daughter Peggy Gartlan; his grandson Phillip Czaja; his siblings, Barbara Scripter (Gilbert) and John "Jack" Fagan (Audrey); and his brothers-in-law, Edward Anchor, Lester Burling and Ernest Edwards.
He is survived by: his son Gerald Fagan (Marianna); his grandchildren, Alexis Czaja, Melissa McPoland and Joshua Fagan (Mackenna); his great grandchildren, Jeannelle MacPherson, Skylar Fronczak, Benjamin Fronczak, Johnathan Licata, Brayden McPoland, Declan and Tage Fagan; and his sisters-in-law, Rose Anchor, Shirley Burling and Barbara Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
