He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moore and Sophie Moore (Grezlak); and his siblings, Colleen Slattery and Charles Moore. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Lansberry; his children, Bridget Brown (Philip Jr.) and Kevin Moore (Christina); his siblings, Kathleen Foley and Stephen Moore; his grandchildren, Hannah, Sidney, Austin and Ariana; and his cousin Joe Masiello.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home Inc. - Rome (418 N George St, Rome, NY 13440).
