Cooper of Leicester, New York, born in Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband George Cooper; her son-in-law William Wooster Jr.; her siblings, Harry, Dorothy, Virginia and Frances; and her parents, Allen Ruliffson and Bettie James Johnson Ruliffson Sr..

She is survived by : her daughters, Bettie Wooster of Leicester and Bonnie Cooper of Leicester; her grandchildren, Casey Dunn (Mitchel Baker-Dunn), Randy Dunn (Dee Kingsbury) and Heather Dunn; her great grandchildren, Jarrett Baker-Dunn, Corey and Alesha Alnori; and her brother Allen Ruliffson Jr. of Scottsburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
