With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William G. Lewis of Leonardsville, New York, who passed away on December 14, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vere Lewis and Phoebe Lewis (Sutliffe). He is survived by: his wife Carol Lewis (Curtis); his children, Cynthia Miller of West Winfield, Will Lewis (Mary Lynn) of West Winfield, Sherrill Lewis (Elaine) of New Braunfels, TX, Heather Lewis-Hoover (Mike) of Leonardsville and Kevin Lewis (Debbie) of Leonardsville; his grandchildren, Quay Drake, Cameron Burke, Zachary Lewis, Janine Hogue, Taylor Evans, Teigan Odumosu, Alex Hoover, Bryn Davis, John Weir, Geo Brown and Sydney Lewis; and his siblings, Don Lewis, Barb Bacon, Phyllis Beadle (Ronnie), Joann Martin and Doug Lewis (Monica). He is also survived by nieces and, nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in William's name to Team Leonardsville, The Leonardsville Community Service Committee, or the Leonardsville Volunteer Fire Department.
