She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel; her brother Joseph Furchak, II; her nephews, Patrick Driscoll, Jr. and William Driscoll; and her niece Mary Trentacosta.

She is survived by: her brother Richard Furchak, Sr.; and her nieces and nephews, Theresa Shackil of Joseph Furchak, III, Richard Furchak, Jr., Shana Dawson, Janine Tempone, Patrick Tominey, Margaret Driscoll and Daniel Driscoll.
