He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude; and his siblings, Francis, George, Charles and Florence.
He is survived by: his children, Christine (Kevin), Mariann (Patrick), Kathleen (James) and John Jr. (Margaret); his grandchildren, Michael, Kevin, John, Christopher, Daniel, Patrick and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Brett, Samantha, Helen, Henrietta, Violet and Grafton.
