He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew A. "Dutch" Rampe and Eula A. Spencer Rampe; and his siblings, Richard Rampe and Helen Goble. He is survived by: his wife Mary T. Kuttner Rampe; his children, David Rampe (Trisha) of Livingston Manor, NY and Whitney Parker Rampe of Syracuse, NY; his grandchildren, Nathan Cole Rampe, Gabriel James Rampe and Aubrey Rose Rampe; and his sister Joan Barnicott of Cortland, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
