O'Kusky of Lewis, New York, born in Witherbee, New York, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodora O'kusky and Constantine O'kusky; and his siblings, Carl, Hank, Irene, Josephine, Jennie, Helen, Sophie, Anna and Regina.
He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Mae Demask O'kusky; his son Dr. John R. O'kusky; his wife Jennie Chamberlain Senna O'kusky; his children, Terry, Norman and Debra; his grandchildren, Brenda, James, Elaine, Barbara and Beverly; his great grandchildren, James, Heather, Jonathan, Ryan, Khalid, Tarek, Nicole, Jennifer, Norman Jr., Michael, Scott, Sean, David, Steven, Christopher, Brian, Henry, Jeff, Gordon, Kelley and Robert; and his brother-in-law Howard Devoid (Joyce O'kusky) of Connecticut.
