It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwendolyn J. Hack of Lewis, New York, born in Beaver Falls, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon F. Hack; her son Ronald Gordon Hack, Sr.; her siblings, Harry Jones, Velma Cole, Shirley Hack and Dorothy Jones; and her parents, Harry Jones and Sarah Smith Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy (Paul Smith) of Lowville; her grandchildren, Ronald Hack, Jr. of Holly Hill, FL, Gregory Smith (Erin) of Schnecksville, PA and Shannon La Puma (Al) of Lowville; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Samuel and Abigail Smith; and her grandchildren, Annabella and Anthony La Puma.
