He was predeceased by: his wife Donna G. Waterman; his daughters, Mindy and Terri Lee Mitchell; and his siblings, Norman J., Stanley C. Mitchell, Maxine Moore and Norma Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Bambi L. Niles (Rex) of Oneida, NY and Charles D. Mitchell (Summer Stevens) of Fayetteville, NC; and his niece Shelia W. Collinsgru of Croghan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
