She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert LaVancha and Ruby LaVancha (Thomas); her siblings, Eudora Marshall (Patrick), Judy Norris (Henry), Gerry LaVancha and Gary LaVancha; her nephew Patrick Marshall; and her great-niece Abigail Lewis.

She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Richards; her sons, Charles Richards (Jennifer) and Dean Richards; her grandchildren, Elaina Elder (Shawn) of Beaver Falls, PA, Kurtis Dicob (Daina), Kane Richards of Northampton, MA, Tanner Richards of Auburn, AL, Katherine Richards of Athens, GA and Parker Richards; her great grandchildren, Aiden Elder, Adeline Elder, Anabelle Elder, Amelia Elder, Killian Dicob and Henry Dicob; her siblings, Cherry LaVancha and Penny LaFave (Roger); and her sisters-in-law, Marie LaVancha and Sally LaVancha. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
