He was predeceased by: his grandson Keith Hebert; his siblings, Stella Malone, Clarrise Harris, Roger Hebert, Jerome Hebert, Gerald Hebert and Sylvio Hebert; and his parents, Joseph Hebert and Elodie Bolio Hebert.

He is survived by: his wife Verna Houseal of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Susan Hebert of Florida, David (Michelle Hebert), Jeff (Sharon Hebert) and Tina Hebert of Calcium; his sister Ida Radley (Gerald) of Cape Vincent; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and David W.. He is also survived by nephews, and cousins.
