He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Lyndaker Millard of Watson; his sister Tracy; his brother-in-law Eric Jensen of Liverpool; his brothers, Dean Millard (Tina) of Watson and George Millard (Laura) of Fincastle, VA.; his niece Alicia (Andy Hewitt) of Dexter; his great-nephew Dylan; his great-nieces, Addie and Lucy; and his close friend David Murphy (Heuvelton). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
