He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hayes and Adeline [Devlin] Hayes; and his sister Mary Schultz (Kenneth). He is survived by: his wife Karen L. [Jacob] Hayes; his daughters, Susan Caballero (Michael), Kelly Marotta and Maureen Rizzo (Joseph); his grandchildren, Maureen Magers (John), Stefanie Stanton, Lillian Marotta, Madeline Minicucci (Richard), James Marotta, Jacob and Olivia Rizzo; and his great grandchildren, Jack and George. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
