With sadness, we share the passing of Phyllis Jean Garner Hardie of Lewiston, New York. Phyllis, born on July 4, 1942, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulus Dewitt Garner and Lois Garner; and her husband Charles Hardie. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Filby (Shawn), Ruth Davis (Stuart) and Anna Frazier; her grandchildren, Graham Filby (Annie), Amanda Stephenson (Gavin), Mark Filby (Hannah), Trey Filby, Marcella Clark (Brandon), Rose McQuitty (Gareth), Belle Davis, Gracie Frazier, Gloria Frazier, Jachin Frazier and Jade Frazier; and her great grandchildren, Addison Clark, Paige Clark, Charlie McQuitty, Eleanor Filby and Liliana Filby.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lewiston Assembly of God (4754 Creek Rd, Lewiston, NY 14092).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to Lewiston Assembly of God or the International Mission Board.
