We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2025, Sandra M. Genovese of Lewiston, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Peppy" Alvarez and Mildred Alvarez (DeLuca); and her sisters, Ann Putaski (late Joseph) and Delores Adriatico (late Joseph). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Genovese; her sons, Peter Genovese (Cheryl) and David Genovese; her grandchildren, Joseph Genovese (Melissa) and Kristen Bajor (Keith); her great grandchildren, Gracie, Giuliana, Raffaela and Dylan; Vicky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Church (1055 N Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304).
