He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. McKay (Monteleone); his sons, Dr. Douglas F. Monteleone (Rosanna) and Dr. Donald P. Monteleone (Jaew); his grandchildren, Tiegan Monteleone, Dr. Ryan Monteleone, Collin Monteleone, Logan Monteleone and Angelo Monteleone; and his nephew Randy Ferguson. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
