Michaels (Ciurylo); his children, Wendy Michaels, Tracy Molinari (Daniel) and Dennis Michaels (Jennifer Allen); and his grandchildren, Alexa Molinari, Tristen Molinari and Anthony Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
