We are sad to announce that, on July 4, 2024, at the age of 80, Albert Charles Van Etten of Lexington, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Van Etten and Eva Minew Van Etten; and his siblings, Roger Van Etten and Pat Baresel. He is survived by: his wife Louise Brockway; his children, Douglas Van Etten (Kimberly) of Homer, NY and Sharon Moncrief (Jody); his siblings, Mary Brockway, Nancy Olson, Donald Van Etten and David Van Etten; his cousin Schuyler Minew; Robin Potter. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you consider a donation of time to your local church or fire department, or a donation to the Town of Lexington Fire Company 3542 Rte 42 Lexington NY 12492 as they look to upgrade an ATV to a UTV to better protect their neighbors.
