She was predeceased by: her parents, George Policastro and Carmella LaPolla; her husband Ronald J. Westman, Sr.; her son Ronald J. Westman Jr.; her son-in-law Glenn E. Phelan; and her brothers, George Policastro and Anthony Policastro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Noone (James Noone) of Manorkill, NY, Anne Marie Phelan (Darin Peterson) of Freehold, NY and Debora Anne Kappel (Justin Kappel) of Lexington, NY.; her grandchildren, Melissa Anne Phelan, First Class, Eric J. Kappel (US Army) and Allyson M. Kappel; her stepgrandchildren, Kirstyn and Kaitlyn Peterson; her brothers, Alfred Policastro and Richard Policastro; and her pet Patches. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, God Children, Cousins.
Appropriate face coverings will be required due to COVID-19 Regulations.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions can be made to the Town of Lexington Ladies Auxiliary.
