Westman of Lexington, New York, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Westman and Veronica Greenan; his son Ronald J. Westman Jr.; his son-in-law Glenn E. Phelan; his brother Edward Westman; and his sisters-in-law, June Westman and Mary Westman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Policastro; his daughters, Joanne Noone (James Noone) of Manorkill, NY, Anne Marie Phelan (Darin Peterson) of Freehold, NY and Debora Anne Kappel (Justin Kappel) of Lexington, NY.; his grandchildren, Melissa Anne Phelan, First Class, Eric J. Kappel (US Army) and Allyson M. Kappel; his stepgrandchildren, Kirstyn and Kaitlyn Peterson; and his siblings, Thomas Westman, Mary Roth, Bernadette Westman, Patricia Ford (John) and Veronica Sommer (Ralph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, God children and cousins.
