She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Jay Stewart and Nancy Stewart; her adoptive parents, Cyrus Stewart and Nancy Stewart; her birth parents, Mary Abbie Cook and Harold Marks; her daughter Rosemary Schofield; and her brother John Allota.
She is survived by: her husband Chester Hook; her children, Brenda Crenshaw of Brunswick, GA, Robin Kaylor of Neversink, NY, Sarah Hook (Fesseha) of Nyack, NY and Mark Hook (Cheryl) of Liberty, NY; her grandchildren, Jemal, Amanda, Cristopher, Guy, Cortney, Emily, Skye and Shaw; her great grandchildren, Roziland, Marceline, Sawyer, Maylen and Leo; and her siblings, Deloris Baker, Patty Farrell, Tina Lillie and Charles Corigliano.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home - Liberty (115 West St, Liberty, NY 12754).
