A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery (171-181 Sunset Lake Rd, Liberty, NY 12754).
On his 50th birthday, Howard awoke with Bell's palsy, and he later learned that he had Parkinson's disease.
