He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Michael (Meaghan Bayer) of Monticello, NY, Rachel (Marshon Williams) of Liberty, NY and Christopher Bayer of Liberty, NY; his grandchildren, Luca Bayer and Viviana Williams; and his nephew Robert Cushing.
