It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ann Marie Maes (Lindenhurst, New York), who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Sheehan and William Sheehan; and her brothers, William and Kevin Sheehan. She is survived by : her husband John Maes; her sons, John Maes (Stephanie) and Matthew Maes (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Natalie, Gavin and Luca Maes; her siblings, Matthew Sheehan (Marguerite), Barabara Byrnes (Bruce), Peter Sheehan (Lynn), Debbie Salam (Ron) and Donna McGinn (Kevin); and her cousins, Mary Kelly (Timothy), Peggy Fazelinia (Ali), Kathy Hurst (Stephen), Tory Sheehan and Jody Sheehan. She is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the American Cancer Society in Annie's name would be greatly appreciated.

“This hurts. I met Annie as a ten year old. Her brother, Matty is one of my closest friends. I loved the parties/picnics held between the 2 cousins’ yards. I remember the time Matty’s father had me call cadence & march all my friends thru out the yard at a July 4th picnic while Annie & her cousins were playing & having fun like we all were, some of the best days of our lives.
