It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Lucille Ott (Lindenhurst, New York), who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Marie Vosilla and Antonino Vosilla; her husband Mel; her daughter Marilyn Roosa; and her son-in-law Pat Egan.

She is survived by : her children, Mary Zabele, Melinda Egan, Lakesha Ott, Melvin Ott, Mitch Ott, Marshall Ott, Jim Zabele and Alva Roosa; her grandchildren, Billy Roeill (Nicole DeMichael), Jason Roeill (Sandra Rivera), Bryan Roeill, Kristina Roeill (Philip Garcia), Ashley Ott (Casey Pote), Anthony Ott, Norine Ott, Samantha Foti, Brittney Christian, Adam Christian, Tyler Foti, Katie Egan, Noel Kelly, Julianna Ott and Isabella Ott; and her great grandchildren, Giana Roeill, Paul Joseph DeMichael, NiKolas DeMichael, Michael Roeill, Aaliyah Bennett, Layan Morris, Theodore Ott, Kennedy Ott, Tucker Pote, Aiden Christian, Tony, Dori, Carol, Lauren and Sharron. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lindenhurst Funeral Home (424 S Wellwood Ave, Lindenhurst, NY 11757). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the Our Lady of Assumption RC Church (1 Molloy St, Copiague, NY 11726).
