She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Albert "Skip" Voorneveld; her children, Laura Katherine Milewczik (Gillian) and Gregory J. Milewczik (Annie); her grandchildren, Gabrielle Milewczik and Jack Milewczik; her siblings, Joseph A. Jaccino, Susan Acero (James Acero) and James Jaccino; and her brother-in-law Richard Voorneveld.

As an alternative to flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions in Paula's name be made to the Good Samaritan University Hospital Foundation, 1000 Montauk Highway, West Islip, NY 11795.
