It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne A. Rakshys of Lindenhurst, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Wayne leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Louise; his children, Christian (Jessica) and Kate (Morgan); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Abigail and Cameron; and his sister Christine Rakshys.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Wayne's memory can be made to Saint Mark's Episcopal Church.
