It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delberta M. Carr of Lisbon, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Burton Carr; her siblings, Paul Moore and Juanita Powell; and her parents, Wade Moore and Ruby Moore (Stevenson).
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Carr of Heuvelton, Tammy Abbrid (David) of Ogdensburg and Tina Cobb (John) of Heuvelton; her grandsons, Benjamin Abbrid and Aaron Cobb (Monica); and her great grandchildren, Lincoln Abbrid, Addie, Wyatt Cobb and Jace Pike. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home (528 Franklin St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, a local food pantry or a charity of one's choice.
