He is survived by : his daughter Kristin Klein (Chris Brown) of Ilion; his granddaughter Olivia Klein; his brother David Crookes (Maureen) of Manchester, VT; and his sister-in-law Donna Crookes of Attleboro, MA. He is also survived by niece, nephews, great nieces and great nephew.
