He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Morrisette; his daughters, Lori Ortega (Ric) of Marietta, Georgia and Kimberly Slaughter (Matthew) of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandchildren, Brandon, Shannon (Janelle), Jenifer, Tyler Miazga and Brycen Slaughter; his children, Natalie, Madalyn and Cole; and his friend Richard "Dick" Murdock, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
