She was predeceased by : her parents, Miles J. Bond and Muriel V. Brown (Bennet); her husband Gerald "Ted" Billings, Jr.; and her half-sister Cynde Hammond. She is survived by : her siblings, Norma Bond, Beverly Billings, Frederick Bond and Tracy Bond; her half-siblings, James Bond, Denton Bennet, John Bond and Carol Harris; her children, Daniel A. (Janet Billings), Frederick C. (Michelle Billings) and Teddi L (Kenneth Noonan); her grandchildren, Samuel A., Cassandra Billings, Danirose Billings, Kali Noonan and Katherine Billings; her great grandchild Ramsey D. Billings; and her half-sisters, Sande Smith and Sheila Bennet. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
