It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cara Ann (LeVick) Czerniak of Little Falls, New York, who passed away on November 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Allen S. LeVick and Cherilyn A. LeVick (Carrig) of Little Falls; her daughter Autumn Rose Czerniak of Litte Falls; her siblings, Michael A. LeVick (Melissa) of Cortland and Amy M. Locke (William) of Holland Patent; and her nieces and nephews, Kenna, Sawyer, Kaleigh, Liam and Ben.
