With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carleton L. Rice in Little Falls, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Rice and Ida Tinkler Rice; his wife Gertrude Walker; his siblings, Charles Rice (Pat), Gerald Rice (Jean), Stanley Rice (Ann), Catherine Shults and Karen Rice; and his sister-in-law Frances Nasypany (Paul).
He is survived by: his children, Linda Rice and Tom (Judy Rice); his grandchildren, Kimberly Rice and Kelly Santor; his great grandchildren, Stephen Santor, Caleb Rice and Owen Rice; his sister-in-law Janet (Tom Burns); and his close friend Patty Fredericks. He is also survived by many friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
