She was predeceased by: her grandfather John Carney (Eva); and her father John M. Gardner. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Carney Gardner (Peggy); her granddaughter Kylie Emma Monaghan (Eva); her children, Cassandra M. Puglese and Ryan Kyle Monaghan Sr. (Nicole Larkin); her grandchildren, Colton Michael Puglese, Ryan Kyle Monaghan Jr. and Kylie Emma; her sisters, Laurie Seymour (Norm), Charlene Rose (Ron), Debby Williams (Ben) and Donna Parment (Mike); and her former husband Tom Monaghan.
The family greatly appreciates any donations made in Eva's memory to Hospice & Palliative Care.
