He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Snell and Beulah Snell (Stock); his siblings, Emmett Snell, Milo Snell, Ellsworth "Al" Snell, Otis Snell, Ora Sealey, Elsie Ebert, Iona Wert and Betty Snell; and his stepbrothers, Wilbur Lampman and Wilmer Lampman.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Kilts; his children, Joseph (Ellen Snell), Timothy Snell (Summer Whaley), William Snell of Mohawk, Roger (Tammy Snell), Betty (Robert Norton) and Marie (Jason Sorensen); his sister Beatrice Leavenworth of Florida; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Kilts of Fairport.
