She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bleaking and Edith Bleaking; her husband Charles "Charlie" Matthew Cook; and her brothers, Jack (Ann) and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Cook of Little Falls, Mark (Debbie) of Charleston, SC, Steven Cook of Nashville Tenn and Gail Marhaver of Little Falls; her grandchildren, Matthew Cook and Jacklyn Cook (Joe Kronbar); her great grandchild Joseph Kronbar III of Charleston; her brother Gerald Bleaking (Sue) of Herkimer; her brother-in-law Gerald Smith of Mohawk; her friend June Richvalsky; her sister Betty (John); and her siblings-in-law, Shirly Smith, Mary Schiebel (James), Robert Cook (Violet) and Gerald Cook (Eleanor).
