He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carrig and Agnes Ashley (Ehlinger); his stepfather Dr. Robert Ashley; and his siblings, Cherilyn LeVick and Paul Carrig.
He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Carrig (Terry) of Lancaster and Daniel Carrig of Cooperstown; his grandchildren, Tristan, Daphne and Phoebe; and his siblings, Barbara, Bart, Marie, Keith, Nancy and Steven. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Paul's Universalist Church (565 Albany St, Little Falls, NY 13365). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 56 W Mill St, Little Falls, NY 13365.
