He was predeceased by: his father Fred Staring; and his brother Fred D. Staring Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Staring (Grande) of Canastota, NY; and his siblings, Kathy Dumas (Donald) of Wilmington, DE, Ken Staring of Little Falls, Cindy Hathecoat of Canastota, Kim Carswell of Canastota, James Staring of Little Falls and Dan Staring (Kerri) of Hopkinton, MA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousin and close friends.
